WE WILL …

  • Full time in house OHS representative. 

  • Set health, safety & environmental objectives regularly & review our systems & performance as a part of a continuous improvement action plan, using documented and audited standards & procedures. 
  • Involve company members and any employees in workplace health, safety & environmental matters, consult with them, and seek to reduce workplace risks & improve control systems. 
  • Encourage & facilitate the rehabilitation of ill or injured staff, through established management procedures. 
  • Maintain effective hazard & incident non-conformance reporting & analysis systems, where company or community standards may be affected by those events.
  •  Require our staff, contractors & visitors to comply with the spirit & intent of all relevant statutory requirements, codes of practice, Australian & company standards, and, where applicable, the company agrees to provide adequate resources to meet there requirements.
